Returns & Exchanges
All of our items are made to order and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or alteration requests after delivery.

Order Accuracy
Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if we made an error with the personalization, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If the issue is verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Duplicates of Previous Orders
If you request a duplicate of a past order, please note that fonts, materials, and thread colors may change over time. We will recreate the design as closely as possible, but exact matches are not guaranteed.

Processing Time for Issues
Approved replacements or refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after review.
